We moved into our new home a few months ago and we are just about done with Chloe’s room. If you didn’t know before we moved Chloe was living in our room. Well, she still is technically. But, I was beyond excited to give her a room of her very own and to decorate it, naturally! Every mom dreams of picking the colors and theme to decorate their little girls room, right?
I wanted to stick to basic white tones so I could add pops of color as I decided what I even wanted for her room.
I love her bedding! It’s darling Chic White by Beddy’s. I shared all about her bedding here. When she starts making her bed (one day) it will be a breeze. Her darling bed frame is by DHP Furniture and you can read more about that here. I chose this day bed because I thought it would be a great bed to grow into. There is actually a trundle bed that we are training her to sleep in for the moment. Right now, just working on naps if I’m being honest. I know, I know this beautiful room and she doesn’t even sleep in it. We are getting there guys, hopefully before Kindergarten, lol.
I love this carpet by Lorena Canals. I picked this to bring in some color. You can read all about my review here. I think this goes perfectly with the pop of pink/red shades from her rose decals by Rocky Mountain Decal. If you are looking for a quick way to spruce up a room you can add wall decals. They have so many to chose from and it really changes a room. Plus, they are so easy to apply.
We recently added these beautiful curtains. When she starts sleeping in her room full time we will get black out curtains to go underneath. Both the curtain panels and the rods where found at Home Goods under $25 each set. Her kitchen is from Ikea and I tried to DIY and botched it up a bit. I can share more and this later, or link you to a page that did it properly. Lol. I found this cute round shelf at Target and added some Valentine’s Day decor that I found at Target as well.
I love unicorns and thought it would be a beautiful touch for my sassy, strong willed girl baby girl. So you will see Unicorns throughout her room.
Always be yourself, unless you can be a unicorn, then always be a unicorn.
We got her dresser from Pottery Barn for her nursery area. I love the gold touches so decided to add gold tones throughout her room. This round gold mirror is a Target find as well as the Unicorn head.
This is Chloe’s favorite area! Her room is small, but somehow I was able to make it all fit. I take down her teepee sometimes and move her table to this wall when I want to change things up. In this corner I added this hanging knob piece for her play dresses which is all about these days. She even wants to sleep in them. The basket below holds her dress shoes but don’t ask me where they are because I have no idea.
Hope you guys enjoyed her room tour refresh! I will link everything below.
