I binged Schitts Creek only after my cousin told me it was hilarious and a must watch. So decided to watch it late one night and I was hooked! 2020 has been a tough year, for everyone. I’m so thankful for @schittscreek and all the late night laughs. It’s just what you need sometimes!

Also, just made her dress using a trash bag and foam paper for heart shaped. We had a long blonde wig. As you can tell I’m no hairstylist. It came out a bit choppy 😆Everything else we had in closet. #schittscreekfan

Everyone needs a daily dose of laughter! You’re welcome 😆 I just couldn’t resist y’all! This was so fun making with Chloe. It’s a great last minute costume idea and v easy.

Things you need: cotton balls, beanie, plastic glasses, and hot glue gun. Glue cotton balls onto beanie. I used shower cap that’s all I had on hand but worked ok. I painted a pair of cheap glasses Chloe had laying around. You can add chain to the glasses and if you really want to get crafty make a walker. 😂 #Halloweenweek #diyhalloweencostume

Eeek it’s almost Halloween! Despite it looking different this year we are super excited. Our neighborhood has canceled trick or treating but you better believe we are still dressing up! I also bought candy and will do a scavenger hunt for Chloe around the house. What are your Halloween day plans? #halloweenisntcancelled

Also, forgot to mention that I made her collar out of coffee filters and actually made the Pom Poms. I’m not a diyer so i was pretty impressed.

You’ll never have this day with your children.

THIS moment with our children is a gift. And time spent worrying or stressing about the future only takes away from truly living and enjoying the present moment.

It’s been a tough year on many levels, but living in the present has helped me stop worrying so much. Sometimes we get so caught up with the future that we forgot to just sit and enjoy THIS moment.

Thank you sweet babies for reminding me daily, there is so much to be grateful for. #happyweekendfriends

She is magic! 💫

Chloe is strong-willed and mamas with strong-willed children understand me when I say, it is draining! But I wouldn’t change her for the world. Yes, there are days I’ve felt like a bad parent because she has pushed every button and asked every question. But Chloe has helped me grow so much as a mother, humbled me, and taught me to have Grace. #childrenareourgreatestteachers

I know that I am beyond blessed to be home in a house filled with noise and mess. I never want to break her strong-willed spirit. I am forever blessed for my beautiful light that made me a mama.

Yesterday was a very hard day with Chloe. So thankful for Grace. That she forgives me because I wasn’t so patient yesterday. So thankful for a new day. So, to all mamas that are feeling defeated and drained at the end of the day, hang in there! You are not alone. One day there will be no noise and our babies will be all grown up. They will be leaders and breaking glass ceilings. 👊🏼#strongwilledchild
