Stuck indoors with two little ones definitely takes a toll on you. It felt so amazing to finally get outdoors, breathe that fresh air and take in nature this past weekend. We are getting back to little sense of normalcy after COVID and it feels good.

Can you believe these beautiful falls are just a 10-15 min drive from us. We don’t come here enough! There are real health benefits for your mind, body and soul when you’re immersed in nature. It’s also amazing for relieving anxiety and stress. It’s amazing what just 5 mins of walking solo can do for your soul. I’m making a commitment to get outdoors daily. So necessary for my mental health. #mentalhealthawareness
