Easy Thanksgiving Tablescape Inspo

I can’t believe Thanksgiving is almost here!

I did a very quick tablescape for a few guests we are having over the day before Thanksgiving. If you’re still thinking about some decor inspo for your table take a look at what I created very quickly below. Also, will post my recipe for side dish at the end of this post. I will be 36 weeks pregnant next week so we’re going light on cooking. My folks are making turkey and sweet potatoes. I will be buying pie this year, I typically make it with a bit of rum. So good! 

Thanksgiving Table Scape

I kept it very easy + simple so we could have room for the turkey and dishes. Also, it shouldn’t be harder than making dinner, right?

I love layering and adding textures and fresh natural beauty like fresh eucalyptus and pumpkins from Trader Joes. Add some candles tall and short for dimension. I love these led lights I found in Target dollar section. 

I used gold tones because I have gold touches throughout our dinning room but mixed with a few rustic pieces. I also love mixing finishes so don’t be afraid of mixing and getting creative with what you have already. No need to break the bank to create a special holiday tablescape. We are adding two more seating and mixing dishware. I love mixing different style plates.

I found these faux blueberry sprigs at Target as well as these cards that say Happy Thanksgiving in Target Dollar section. You can write a special message or guest name. It’s simple as that!

Have fun with creating a tablescape that is uniquely you. 


Caramelized Sweet Potatoes + Brussels Sprouts

35 Minutes

2 Sweet Potatoes peeles & diced

16 oz Brussel Sprouts halved

2 Garlic Cloves chopped

3 Tbsp. unslated butter melted

1/2 Tsp. salt

1/2 Tsp. pepper

1.Preheat oven 375. Place 2 baking pans inside. Toss sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and garlic with olive oil and melted butter in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

2.Divide mixture between two preheated pans. Roast for 25 mins or until tender stirring vegetables after 10-15 mins.
