H e l l o A p r i l 🌻 I’ve been on a healing journey for a few months now. I’ve only seen slight improvements. The truth is I haven’t fully committed. It’s hard changing old habits. But today I’m saying I’m more committed than ever to stop living in constant pain(headaches, backaches, stomach aches, chronic fatigue..the list goes on). This past week was the first time I invested so much time in myself. I’ve have seen big improvements in my physical and mental health. I was focusing solely on healing physically but wasn’t paying attention to my mental health. I’ve been taking a break in some areas of my life and it’s helped me focus my priorities. Things I’m working on to help heal:
Focusing on metabolic healing
Improving sleep
Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and grounding
Lots of sunlight(at least 20 mins a day)
Healing trauma - so important to get unstuck from a vicious negative cycle. I’ve been quiet on here just focusing on my healing journey but I wanted to share how saddened I’ve been hearing about Asian hate crimes. It’s heartbreaking. We all have a responsibility to create change and it starts at home. I will continue to teach my children to have compassion, to be inclusive and love one another.
